Transvault announces new CEO

Transvault Software Ltd, the leaders in email archive migration solutions, has today announced that Darwin Lee will be leading the next phase of their growth as Chief Executive Officer from 1st January 2022, following the retirement of Barney Haye at the end of December 2021.

Under Barney’s 15 years of leadership, Transvault has delivered over 3000 migrations across 56 countries, migrating over 36PB data through a global Partner network. When Barney retires as CEO, he will leave an organisation globally respected for migration and set up for a sustainable future.

Darwin brings a wealth of experience following over 25 years in Technology and Business leadership. For the past 5 years, Darwin has been a Director and Chief Technology Officer at Transvault, responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision along with its operations, support, products, and services delivery. As a respected leader and key enabler in Transvault’s growth, Darwin has worked closely with Barney over recent years to take the business forward.

Barney and Darwin will complete the leadership transition, supported by the rest of the leadership team, over the next four weeks, ahead of Darwin becoming CEO from 1st January 2022.
