Newly available SaaS suite helps enterprises take full advantage of their investment in cloud and hybrid solutions
<Microsoft Ignite, Orlando, Nov 4> Transvault, leaders in migration and productivity solutions, today announced full availability of the Transvault Cloud Platform, a SaaS-delivered suite of modules that caters to enterprises’ needs for migrating data, driving new user adoption and making them productive in their cloud or hybrid working environment.
The problem of realising promised return on investment in cloud infrastructure isn’t isolated to simply getting users migrated to new systems; solving it needs to also encompass empowering new ways of working. This is a serious challenge to encourage entire workforces to work smarter, rather than harder, spurred on by better access to information, tools and ways to collaborate more effectively. Users have more devices, work in a wider range of locations and as part of ever-changing configurations of teams. Reaching and navigating this new landscape effectively requires an array of solutions.
Darwin Lee, Transvault’s Chief Technology Officer, commented, “We’re really excited about everything our new Cloud Platform has to offer partners and customers. Our solutions have been used in thousands of migration projects already and we can now bring even greater levels of sophistication to that process, along with further value-add offerings that focus on adoption and productivity in the modern, digital workplace. We will continue to invest in developing useful integrations and features to support the enterprise in getting the most from their investments in cloud solutions for their users.”
Transvault Cloud Platform can support migration of multiple different workloads, encompassing user mailboxes, archives and files. Controlled by automated workflow steps presented on a tailorable visual canvas, administrators can also introduce adoption plans into the mix, provided by Transvault’s integration with the Nulia Works Platform for digital enablement in Office 365.
From then on, Transvault Cloud Platform’s Reporting, Auditing and Monitoring modules provide detailed information on a wide array of topics concerning the overall Office 365 tenant and any associated on-premises infrastructure when running in a hybrid setup. The Reporting module is free, containing hundreds of pre-configured reports to assist IT teams, where finding all this information natively in Office 365 would be time consuming and difficult to assemble. The Auditing module features elegant, customisable timelines of audit data from the tenant, ideal for corporate governance purposes and ease of eDiscovery. Finally, the Monitoring module provides at-a-glance, unified information about your Cloud services and On-Premises servers, giving unparalleled insight into your hybrid environment. The Monitoring module uses Machine Learning to establish patterns of behaviour and notify of any issues.
Elements of the overall Transvault Cloud Platform have already been used by Transvault partners in customer projects but now more come together to provide a range of complementary solutions that partners and enterprises alike can employ to deliver success with Office 365.
Transvault are exhibiting this week at Microsoft Ignite in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, at booth #1521 in the Partner Solution Zone. Demos of the Transvault Cloud Platform will be available as well as other information on all its modules and an Office 365 success game.
