Transvault Intelligent Migrator V11 – Release Notes

17 September 2025 – Bristol, UK – As Transvault continues to grow and evolve across all areas of our business, we’re excited to announce the release of Intelligent Migrator version 11, now available for download via our Partner Portal.

This latest update delivers a range of new features, enhancements and fixes designed to streamline your workflows, improve performance, and empower you to take on more opportunities with greater efficiency and confidence.

• Enterprise Vault (Source) – Support for File Archives
  This input connector will enable the migration of EV file archives. 

• Microsoft 365 – Support for Certificate Authentication
  Added support for authentication via Certificate for the M365 Azure Application. 

• Migrator Client – Multi-server View
  This feature allows to monitor the task activities of each Migrator server, all from one screen.  

• New UI Themes (Light & Dark Modes)
  This feature allows to change from the default theme.  

• Proofpoint – Direct Output Connector
  Previously, this would rely on data being made available in a flat file format, this connector directly supports migrations to Proofpoint.  

• Role Management – Set Specific Personas
  This feature allows the user to define and assign Persona roles with appropriate permissions, ensuring controlled access to Migrator functionality as required. 

• Mailbox level filters
  This feature allows for a greater degree of control over migrations. 

• Auto Rollover – To a new mailbox
  To minimise manual intervention during the migration process this feature allows for automatic switching to a new target mailbox when the current mailbox reaches its capacity.
