Jamie Dunkley

As Chief Technology Officer, Jamie is responsible for Transvault’s technology, support strategy, and functions. Jamie brings years of technology leadership experience to Transvault and will be accountable for all software engineering and operational systems and processes, as well as support of all software products and the internal systems on which the business functions.

Prior to Transvault, Jamie has extensive leadership experience in B2B SaaS and Tech services companies. He has years of experience managing and setting the strategy for various IT functions, such as Cyber Security, DevOps, UAT, Service Desk, and Internal IT. Jamie is a certified ITIL and BCS practitioner with a strong background in information technology and managed services.

Jamie’s mission is to drive IT excellence and security across customer platforms and internal systems and to ensure that product releases are of the highest quality. He has built and led teams and processes from scratch, introduced internal security frameworks to achieve industry certifications, and implemented scalable and robust solutions to support growth. He has also been the executive sponsor for ESG initiatives, where he promotes environmental, social, and governance best practices.
