Symantec Receive Service Excellence Partner of the Year Award

Symantec Corporation has been a Transvault partner since 2010 and has worked on over 50 migration projects to date. Transvault Technical Account Manager, Mike Bilsborough, commented, “Presented for the first time in 2014, this new Service Excellence Award is for a partner who has gone above and beyond our very high expectations for email archive migration service delivery. With this in mind, Transvault awards their Service Excellence Award for 2014 to Symantec!”

Their success in handling complex migration projects is built on excellent working relationships with both Transvault and their customers, founded on trust, competency and collaboration. During one such project, Symantec discovered issues with data extracted from the source archive by a third party, and worked tirelessly with the customer, analysing data in the pilot phase, helping them understand the issues and collaborating with Transvault to develop bespoke new solutions.
