Trenkle and Whitmore Take On Key Roles to Further Channel Support for TransVault’s Archive Migration Practice in The Americas
Clevedon, UK – (October 20, 2016) – TransVault, the leading developer of email archive migration solutions, cements their North America expansion plans with two key executive hires — Erika Trenkle and Joseph Whitmore, executives with years of practical archive migration expertise and know-how.
“2016 has been a record-breaking year for our business, but in particular in North America,” said Barney Haye, chief executive officer at TransVault. “We’ve continued to deliver new services options for our existing partners, as well as new ones who requested more support in the form of enablement and training. By adding Erika and Joseph to our team, not only are we able to respond to the demands of the growing Americas channel, we are doing it via two people who we’ve worked alongside and trusted for years. TransVault pioneered this market, and we want the market to know that we are still and will always be the technology leader,” concluded Haye.
In her new role as vice president of Sales, Trenkle will lead the company’s sales operations, partner recruitment and onboarding in the Americas. Whitmore, as Director of Services for the Americas, will head up their recently announced on-demand professional services within TaaS. (See: Introducing TransVault-as-a-Service, aka: TaaS). Both were directly recruited as a result of TransVault’s continued drive to grow in the Americas market and displace the competition — and they leaned on a long-standing relationship with their former employer, US-Amplify, a division of US-Analytics, to formalize a strategy that would complement both businesses.
“US-Amplify’s goal was to continue to scale a price-competitive TransVault offering to our clients, and we had been in talks with Barney for quite some time about the need for a TaaS-like service only TransVault could offer. A talent acquisition agreement provided a way for our organization to support this transition while also promoting our internal dedicated team to the next level, and we expect to see an immediate impact in our business,” commented Scott Preszler, chief executive officer of US-Analytics.
TransVault has been growing its presence in North America exponentially, with notable hires, an increased number of Microsoft ecosystem partners and continuous innovation in the archive migration space. However, with channel growth comes the need to better enable partners through onboarding, sales support and greater exposure to archive migration services — a niche specialty that traditional value-added resellers or system integrators may not yet have the training or expertise in.
Continued Preszler, “By leading the transition of Erika and Joseph to TransVault, I now have the opportunity to directly expose two people that I trust unequivocally with my clients to a greater depth of migration expertise unique to TransVault. Our partnership status remains the same, and if needed my team can leverage them at project time so we can continue to deliver the same proven archive migration trust and professionalism we are known for at a reduced cost of delivery and overhead. It’s a win, win!”
With her great experience garnered from working with a top-notch TransVault partner such as US-Amplify, Trenkle herself commented, “The task of migrating an archive is somewhat complex and requires both a sales and services team that understands the importance of email policies and volumes of data. TransVault has the tools that partners servicing enterprise accounts can depend on — my goal is to help them use my extensive knowledge to optimize their delivery and ensure every project results in the success we’ve only found with TransVault solutions at the helm.”
Since 2006 TransVault has led the market with its highly specialized archive migration solutions for the enterprise.
